PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag which is able to be detachably set to among an upper frame, a front frame, and a standing frame of a bicycle and with which a rider is able to ride on the bicycle without any trouble. SOLUTION: The portable bag capable of being detachably set to a bicycle is structured by a method wherein a rear end of a hanging member 3 provided with a fixing gear 3a on an edge thereof is detachably set onto a left side of an upper part of a backside of the bag A and a rear end of a hanging member 4 provided with a fixing gear 4a on an edge thereof is detachably set onto a right side of the same and a rear end part of a hanging member 5 provided with a fixing gear 5a on an edge thereof is detachably set onto the left side of a lower part of the backside of the bag and a rear end of a hanging member 6 provided with a fixing gear 6a on an edge thereof is detachably set onto the right side of the same and a holding gear 3b and a supporting gear 3c are fixed onto a right side below a lower edge of a cover part 2 of a front surface of the bag A and a holding gear 4b and a supporting gear 4c are fixed onto a left side below the same and a holding gear 5b and a supporting gear 5c are fixed onto the right side of the lower part of the front surface of the bag A and a holding gear 6b and a supporting gear 6c are fixed onto the left side of the same.
