SOLID SEPARATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly separate fine solid particles from a solid-liquid and solid- gas mixed fluid with high efficiency without re-scattering the collected solid particles. SOLUTION: A solid separation apparatus is equipped with an Archimedes' spiral body 1 forming a spiral space 2 in a horizontal direction, the mixed fluid introducing port 3 provided to the outer peripheral end part of the spiral space 2 of the Archimedes' spiral body 1, the cleaned fluid taking-out pipe 4 communicating with the inner peripheral end part of the spiral space 2 to extend in a vertical direction, the spiral perforated plate 6 provided along the inner surface 2a of the outer wall forming the spiral space so as to leave a required interval with respect to the outer wall and the sedimentation chamber connected to the rear side of the Archimedes' spiral body 1 through the perforated plate.
