PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress splash of foreign matter onto a product surface in use of a mold-releasing tape, and generation of defects on a product appearance and its life deterioration in use of a press felt. SOLUTION: In a press machine wherein a surface is patterned while a wet sheet having hydraulic cement 8 as a main component is pressure-dehydrated, a mold-releasing tape 5 is arranged in an end part flow-stopping part 22 of a press upper board 2.
