PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a cylinder, capable of efficiently removing dust and the like stuck on the outer surface of a small-volume and small-sized cylinder widely used for filling oxygen for medical use. SOLUTION: In a casing 12 having an inlet-outlet 11 of a cylinder, a pair of support rollers 14 that rotate a cylinder 13 around its axis, a rotary brush 15 that comes into contact the outer surface of the cylinder while being rotated, a regulation member 16 that regulates the insertion position of the cylinder, and a duct collector 17 that sucks and discharges air in the casing are installed.
