<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently and surely washing small cut pieces of a resin bottle container without using a detergent. SOLUTION: In a longitudinally long U-gutter shaped water tank 1, of which the top end 1a is inclined upward by about 30 degrees, partition plates 2 having an upper side 2a located lower than the edge of the water tank are installed at three points so that the space in the water tank is partitioned equally to form a multi-stage partitioned space comprising S1, S2, and S3. Laterally long through holes 3, which horizontally arranged in series, are provided in the intermediate height position of the pass partition plate 2. A pair of right and left screws 4, 5 equipped with a synchronous rotation driving means 7 are mounted in the direction of the gutter of the bottom side of the water tank 1 in manner that each of the screw shafts 4a, 5a passes through a screw shaft-penetrating receiving hole 6 so as to parallelly approach each other. Spray nozzle 8 for discharging washing water are installed so as to face the inside of the partitioned space. When the screws 4, 5 are rotated in the same direction, a group A of small cut pieces fed into the water tank 1 is carried over the partition plates in the direction from base end part 1b to the top end 1a of the water tank 1.</p> |
