PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable prompt and safe movement. SOLUTION: An omnidirectional moving truck comprises; a driving means for traveling, steering, and turning; an operating portion 2 on which operational force is added; an external force detecting means detecting the operational force added on the operating portion 2; and a control means producing driving force corresponding to the external force detected by the external force detecting means in the driving means. A speed detecting means detecting a moving speed is provided, and the control means carrying out restricts the moving speed according to a moving direction, which ensures sufficient safety by restricting speed about omunidirectional moving and enables quick movement.
