PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible combination sheet to be used for a disposable wearing article with the excellent touch, capable of letting body fluid permeate speedily. SOLUTION: This combination sheet 1 to be used for a disposable wearing article is comprised of a film-like upper layer 2 and a lower layer 3 which is an aggrigate of fibers. The upper layer 2 has a first surface zone 6 with a flat part 8 and rows of openings 11 and a recessed second surface zone 7. In the lower layer 3, the density of the part under the second surface zone 7 is higher than that of the part under the first surface zone 6.
