PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operatability of a clutch lever in a traveling vehicle for working by mounting a clutch lever capable of switching on and off a traveling clutch from a getting-off position, and operating a driving brake in interlocking with the switching operation of the clutch lever. SOLUTION: The direction of a clutch switching operation of a main transmission lever 12 (clutch lever) is linearly determined, and the main transmission lever 12 is automatically held between a clutching-in position and a clutching-out position in the line.
