SOLUTION: This device for filtering out particulates of carbon, soot and the like in black smoke emitted by gasoline engine, diesel engine or the like on the basis of differences in the specific gravities by generating an ultrahigh- speed vortex offering centrifugal force comprises a vortex generator 6, an internal frame 11 in which the ultrahigh-speed vortex is generated to swirl particulates of soot and the like at a high speed along the internal surface thereof, until they are emitted outward, and a particulate cup 4 for receiving such particulates passing a particulate collecting opening 12.</p> |
