DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING BOBBIN YARN FLOW OF SPONNING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of accompanying breakages influenced by a bobbin yarn flow when the breakages occur. SOLUTION: A ring plate 1 is formed in a shape in which both front and rear sides are bent downward. An apron part 1b made in front against a plane H including a spindle center is formed to incline downward toward the front side of the ring plate 1. The angleθof the apron that 1b with a ring mounted plane 1c is set to almost 60 deg., the length of the apron part 1b is formed to be same as that of the apron part of a conventional ring plate 1. The air flow 16 blowing forward of the ring plate 1 out of the bobbin yarn flow generated inside of the ring plate 1 accompanied by rotation of the bobbin 12 is guided to the apron part 1b and passes downward.
