SWINGABLE VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT INCLINED SHAFT TYPE HYDRAULIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substitute a step motor in a control mechanism of a variable displacement inclined shaft type hydraulic device with a proportional solenoid fluid valve operationally connected to a computer. SOLUTION: A pivot member 14 for supporting a cylinder block 16 is provided. The control mechanism for varying hydraulic pressure displacement has at least one servo piston 32, and is operationally connected to the pivot member 14. The servo piston 32 is moved thereby to change a pivot position of the pivot member 14. These pistons are connected to the pivot member 14 to make the pivot member 14 pivot in one of two directions determined by a position of a spool 52. The spool 52 is urged by a displacement feedback sleeve 92 on one end portion and hydraulic pressure applied to the other end portion. The hydraulic pressure is led by the computer 102. The computer 102 is connected to the proportional solenoid fluid valve 50 operationally engaged by fluid to one end portion of the spool 52.
