PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge capable of eliminating play between an instrument body and an opening/closing member. SOLUTION: Slits 53, 53 are formed on a pair of side walls opposed to each other of a hinge body 5. In this way, the other pair of side walls of the hinge body 5 can be made elastically deformable, and the external distance of the other pair of side walls can be changed to make it large or small. Further, the external distance of the other pair of side walls in the opening side of the hinge body 5 is made larger than the internal distance of the pair of side faces corresponding to a housing hole 21a. In this way, the other pair of side walls of the hinge body 5 can be brought into pressure contact with the pair of inside faces corresponding to the housing hole 21a.
