PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin fence having synthetic resin lateral members hardly dislocated from synthetic resin supports and the construction method therefor. SOLUTION: Synthetic resin supports 11 are installed, an end portion of one synthetic resin lateral member is inserted to an lateral member insertion hole 13a, and a synthetic resin-made cylindrical spacer 32 from the lateral insertion hole 13b side and a bolt inserted to the bolt insertion hole of the synthetic resin-made support 10 are screwed and fixed to a nut fixed in a reinforcing metal pipe 21 of the synthetic resin-made lateral member. On the other hand, an end portion of the other synthetic resin lateral member is inserted to the lateral member insertion hole 13b, the end portion of the synthetic resin- made lateral member is driven to a nail projected from the inside of the lateral member insertion hole 13b, and the synthetic resin-made cylindrical spacer 32 is inserted to which a bolt was inserted in a reinforcing metal pipe 21 of the synthetic resin-made lateral member. By using a reinforcing metal pipe with a V-shaped projected portion sticking out inside the pipe, this V-shaped projected portion is intruded into the synthetic resin-made cylindrical spacer.
