PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight structure between a ceiling joist and a floor beam capable of securing airtightness in the auxiliary house part of a building taking a complicated structure, shortening a construction period without producing gas having fear of harm, and contriving the simplification of construction work so as to allow a general worker to construct. SOLUTION: In the case where a ceiling joist 1 and an upper layer story floor beam 2 are arranged in parallel, an airtight sheet 3 is stuck on the side of the floor beam 2, the lower end 19 of the airtight sheet 3 is stuck on the side of the ceiling joist 1, and a joint tape 4 is stuck on the lower face of the ceiling joist 1. In addition, a ceiling batten 5 is inserted in the airtight sheet 3, a ceiling batten packing 23 is fitted to and inserted in the recess part of the ceiling batten 5, and an airtight tape 24 is stuck on a joint. In the case where the ceiling joist 1 and the upper layer story floor beam 2 are arranged in an orthogonal direction, the ceiling joist 1 is cut at a position intersecting with the airtight sheet 3, an airtight runner 26 is fitted to the cut end 27 of the ceiling joist 1, the lower end 19 of the airtight sheet 3 is stuck on the airtight runner 26, the two airtight runners 26 are mutually coupled, and the joint tape 4 is stuck on the lower face of the two airtight runners 26.
