PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To desirably avoid the reduced foot space in a driver's seat and front passenger's seat and the restriction in designing and assembling members such as a shift lever, and to reduce the manufacturing cost of an air conditioning duct. SOLUTION: Intermediate ducts 20, 20 are integrally formed in left and right side parts 13, 14 of this floor console 10. A first opening 23 is provided in the vehicle front side of the intermediate ducts 20, 20, and a second opening 24 is provided in the vehicle rear side. The first openings 23, 23 are communicably connected to guide ducts 41, 41, and the second openings 42, 42 are communicably connected to blowout ducts 42, 42. The intermediate ducts 20, 20 are blow formed to hollow shape inside of the side parts 13, 14 respectively.
