PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing the concentration of body pressure in order to achieve the shortening of sleeping time by enabling a sound sleep by reducing turning over in bed. SOLUTION: A mattress 14 is placed on the base stand 13 attached to a frame 11 through a central shaft 12 so as to be inclined left and right to move and a planar body being the bed part of a bed and having the contact surface with the body is constituted of the base stand 13 and the mattress 14 and the base stand 13 is formed into an arcuate shape so that left and right tiltable spaces are held on the side surface sides of the base stand on the bottom surface side of the front and rear side surfaces thereof and a jack 15 moving the base stand 13 up and down on one side surface side thereof is attached to the base stand on the left-hand surface side thereof at a time of the looking from the back surface of the base stand 13.
