PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require the operation of a clutch pedal before the operation of a clutch lever in changing a forward movement to a backward movement and to prevent a wrong operation in the change operation. SOLUTION: This change gear has a clutch pedal 21 for engaging disengaging a disc clutch in a transmission case 16 and a check member 54 attached to the clutch pedal 21 in a linkable manner. The check member 54 can be moved to and returned from a traveling route of a check member 55 attached to a clutch lever 20. When the disc clutch is disengaged by the act of stepping into the clutch pedal 21, the check member 54 is retreated and the change operation of backward and forward movements is made possible by the clutch lever 20. On the other hand, in a state that the disc clutch is engaged by not stepping the clutch pedal 21, the check member 54 is advanced to prohibit the change operation of the backward and forward movement by the clutch lever 20.
