BORON NITRIDE COATED SPHERICAL BORATE PARTICLE,, MIXED POWDER CONTAINING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boron nitride coated spherical borate particle or a mixed powder containing the same capable of more improving heat conductivity of a radiation member. SOLUTION: The boron nitride coated spherical borate particle is borate particle coated with hexagonal boron nitride and has a sphericity (ψw) of >=0.70 measured from the SEM photography. The mixed powder is composed of a mixture of boron nitride coated spherical borate particle and hexagonal boron nitride particle except the same. The method of manufacturing the boron nitride coated spherical borated and the mixed powder is provided.
