PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bending stress applied to an aseismatic stopper without thickening a shaft diameter of the aseismatic stopper and without increasing the number of use. SOLUTION: An electric equipment case 13 is arranged on an installing stand 11 fixed to a floor surface or the like in a state of interposing vibration control rubber 14 between a base 12 and the installing stand 11, and the installing stand 11 and the base 12 arranged on a bottom surface of the electric equipment case 13 are connected by using an L-shaped stopper metal fitting 16 having the aseismatic stopper 15 penetrated thought one end in the upper end surface side of the installing stand 11 and the other end is fixed to the base side surface.
