PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece of functional clothing capable of evidently confirming the wearer's presence because of reflecting light from the side part thereof even though the wearer stands parallel to a road. SOLUTION: This luminous safety band is such one as to have a vertical band 1 and a horizontal band 2 which is linked to the lower portion of the vertical band 1, the respective top surfaces of which are fluorescent or reflective ones; wherein the upper part of the vertical band 1 can be held on the side part of the belt 11 of a safety vest 10, the horizontal band 2 can be lapped around a leg part L and fixed thereto, and the respective positions to hold the bands 1 and 2 on are made controllable. |
