PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact-size steering driving device of a traveling vehicle capable of driving a pair of right and left axles and steering the same by disposing two HST for traveling and steering. SOLUTION: A traveling driving HST 21 and steering HST 22 including an oil path for hydraulically communicating a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor, a differential gear device 5 connected to motor shafts 54, 77 of hydraulic motors 53, 72 of two HSTs 21, 22, and a drive train interlocking and connecting the differential gear 5 with two HSTs 21, 22 are arranged in a housing 23. In this steering driving device for a traveling vehicle for steering and driving a pair of axles 40L, 40R interlocked and connected to the differential gear device 5, at least one of two HSTs 21, 22 has center sections 51, 75 so that the axis of rotation of the pump shaft (25, 26) and the axis of rotation of the motor shaft (54, 77) intersect perpendicularly to each other.
