PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masticator aid for treating a food difficult to masticate for a person with weak masticating ability to easily masticate without damaging the taste, touch, and masticating feel of the food. SOLUTION: Plural first teeth 4 whose sections are shaped in the sawteeth are engraved with a twisting angle of 20-40 degrees and plural third teeth 5 crossing the first teeth 4 diagonally are engraved on the outer surrounding surface of a cylindrical first rotor 1. Plural second teeth 6 whose sections are shaped in the sawteeth are engraved on the outer surrounding surface of a cylindrical second rotor 2 in such a way that the second teeth 6 are twisted with the same twisting angle as that of the first teeth 4 in the opposite direction. The first and second rotors are pivotally supported in parallel with each other to a frame 3 with the first teeth 4 and the second teeth 6 being engaged with each other, and the first rotor 1 and/or the second rotor 2 is driven to rotate in such a way that the sawteeth of the first teeth 4 and the second teeth 6 are recessed in the rotational direction.
