PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DNA of β-1,3-glucanase having activity hydrolyzing β-1,3- glucan and a DNA of a peptide exhibiting binding ability to β-1,3-glucan and further to provide a method of efficiently preparing them. SOLUTION: This DNA of β-1,3-glucanase is obtained by preparing a DNA which codes for a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1 or 4 or its homologue. Further, a condensed protein is prepared by including a β-1,3-glucan-binding peptide and a useful protein. These preparing methods are also provided. |
