PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To buffer a shock propagating on an artificial satellite structure and reaching on-satellite equipment when an unfolding mechanism such as a solar battery paddle or an antenna installed to an artificial satellite is unfolded in space. SOLUTION: Spacers 21a, 21b and inserts 12a, 12b installed in an equipment mounting panel retaining the on-satellite equipment are fastened with screws 16a, 16b, while the spacers 21a, 21b and inserts 14a, 14b embedded in a base panel 13 of the on-satellite equipment are fastened with screws 16c, 16d. Thereby, securing of rigidity and buffering of a shock are compatible.
