PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair wheel cleaning device simple in structure and low in cost with a small placing area so as to be installed in a narrow vestibule space by solving problems of this kind of device heretofore usable only in a limited place such as a large vestibule due to requiring a large installation area because of its constitution of making a wheelchair pass on the device and providing an ascent point and a descent point, and moreover complicated and high in cost due to having a washing water tank or the like. SOLUTION: This wheelchair wheel cleaning device comprises a cleaning device body in which at least one pair of right and left driving rollers are arranged between a right side plate and a left side plate, and a pair of right and left rotary brushes supported parallel by a brush supporting arm are arranged at the driving rollers; an inclined guide plate provided abutting on the cleaning device body; and a pair of right and left handrails.
