PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and inexpensively provide a highly reliable electric motor with a gear speed reducing unit capable of realizing the high speed reduc ing ratio in a small type and capable of holding load torque of a speed reducing unit output shaft. SOLUTION: This electric motor with a gear speed reducing unit has a sun gear 1 arranged on an output shaft of an electric motor, plural planetary gears 2 arranged in the same plane meshing with the sun gear 1, two internal gears 5a, 5b having the different tooth number arranged on different planes meshing with the planetary gears 2 and carriers 3a, 3b for connecting the plural planetary gears 2, and connects the rotating internal gear 5a to the output shaft 6 by fixing the internal gear 5 to the electric motor side by forming clearance between a central hole diameter of the planetary gears 2 rotating by being supported by a planetary gear shaft 4 fitted/fixed to the carriers 3a, 3b and a shaft diameter of the planetary gear shaft 4 larger than a gear backlash.
