PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge storage case formed of a combination of an upper case with a lower case combined together into the cover overlapped state, in which the upper and lower cases are hard to be separated in the and down direction even in the case of receiving the impact of dropping or the like even when the upper and lower cases are composed of a polypropylene resin of low rigidity. SOLUTION: A case main body 7 is formed of a combination of an upper case 8 with a lower case 9. Left and right side walls 14 of the lower case 9 are positioned outside left and right walls 17 of the upper case 8. Ribs 24 are protruded on the left and right of the inner face of a main face wall 13 of the lower case 9. The inwardly collapse state of the left and right side walls 17 of the upper case 8 is controlled by the ribs 24.
