PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever mechanism and a press apparatus with using the same capable of easily correcting variance at a drive position of a body to be driven of an upper die, etc., and positioning the body highly precisely. SOLUTION: In the press apparatus using the lever mechanism having an arm which is supported with an elevation shaft 15 and a press shaft 26 freely rotatably and moveably in the horizontal direction, further, is supported with a frame 12 freely rotatably, and transmits the drive force of the elevation shaft 15 to a press shaft 26 by rotating, an eccentric core 23 as a rotating center of the arm 21 is made movable by using a rotary shaft 24 set at a position having off set from the axial center for the rotating center so as to change the rotating center of the arm 21, the bottom dead center of the press shaft 26 is adjusted.
