PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a heat transfer sheet comprising the same wherein the sheet is excellent in ink absorbency, ink fixability, and printability, has water resistance of a recorded image, durability, and especially high cracking resistance, and causes no cracking when a recorded image is elongated or shrunk, when the resin composition is molded into a heat transfer sheet. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprising a polymer (A) comprising a monomer unit represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 is -H or -CH3, R2 is -H, -CH3, or -OH, n is 1-5, and m is 1-20, provided that a plurality of R2s may be same or different, and m-(CHR3)nO-s may be bonded randomly or in block) and a hot melt adhesive resin (B), a heat transfer sheet comprising the resin composition, and a method for manufacturing the heat transfer sheet are provided. |
