PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a premix for batter liquids capable of giving such a nice- flavored fried food with favorable palate feeling as to be fresh in the palate feeling of the food material when eaten, soft in the palate feeling of the batter liquid portion and crisp in the palate feeling of the outermost bread crumb portion and also retain the favor ingredient peculiar to the food material, and capable of attaining the above purpose even for, in particular bite-sized and small-sized fried foods. SOLUTION: This premix for batter liquids is obtained by including methyl cellulose. |
