PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for attaching a finger ring to a necklace or the like wherein at a predetermined location of the necklace, an area of the ring, on which a gem or the like is mounted, is always oriented to the front of the necklace, and the ring can be easily mounted to a holding part of the necklace, while the ring, in use, can be prevented from dropping. SOLUTION: A mount member, which can be elastically mounted to the inner side of a ring portion of a finger ring and in which a holding part for a necklace or the like is formed, is disposed. The mount member is mounted onto the inner periphery of the ring part of the ring, and a necklace or the like is attached to the holding part of the mount member.
