PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent projection of a striker when a seat back is tilted. SOLUTION: A guide member 85 is provided on a bracket 81 of a cushion frame 51, thereby holding a striker 16 to be freely moved vertically. A shaft 110 supported on the bracket 81 is provided with a cam 102 abutting on the lower edge 92 of the striker 16, and the shaft 101 is energized to displace the tip part of the cam 102 downward. A strap 117 wound round a rotating member 116 in a seat back 42 is extended from the seat back 42. A rotation inhibit means 121 for detecting tilting of the seat back 42 to inhibit rotation of the rotating member 116 is provided, a first locking part 132 of the rotating member 116 and a second locking member 141 of the shaft 101 are connected by a flexible wire 136 of a cable 134, and the rotating direction of the shaft 101 depending on the tension of the flexible wire 136 caused by pulling operation of a ring 118 is set to displace the tip part of the cam 102 upward.
