PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition that can achieve stabilized foam formation throughout the whole period of, from the start to the end of use independently from the deviation of air temperature, as a compressed gas is used as a propellant, thus is useful as an aerosol for shaving foam with low temperature dependency, and provide aerosol products using the resultant aerosol composition. SOLUTION: The aerosol composition according to this invention characteristically comprises the liquid concentrate including water, a thickener of a water-soluble polymer, a higher fatty acid alkali soap components from higher fatty acid and an alkali agent, a solvent of aliphatic hydrocarbon of 3-8 carbon atoms and a propellant of compressed gas having low solubility in water. The liquid concentrate preferably has a viscosity of 200-3,000 Pa.s at 25 deg.C, and further the viscosity is preferably increased higher than 100 mPa.s by addition of a thickener.
