PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device using a torque driver capable of picking up a screw and engaging a screw head. SOLUTION: A device of this invention is provided with a sleeve capable of protruding in a lengthwise direction from this device and retracting into this device. In addition, this device is provided with a gripper for gripping a screw head, the gripper can be operated by the sleeve, and action of spreading/narrowing of this gripper is generated by a follow up to protruding/retracting of the sleeve.
