PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create self-confident people by eliminating their inferiority complex, self-hate, worry or the like because of thinness or lack of short hair such as eyebrows by increasing their natural recovering force for increasing natural hair. SOLUTION: Blood circulation under the skin is stimulated and constriction of pores of the skin is made active by forcefully and repeatedly sucking the skin surface under a reduced pressure by using a suction device X and the hair growing part and the skin surface is abruptly cooled by using cold gas and is warmed for making constriction of pores of the skin active and stimulating blood circulation under the skin. Also, blood circulation is stimulated and hair growing is induced by using far-infrared radiation of 8-14μm.
