PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device for automobile interior capable of guaranteeing the perfect and safe motion of protective structure by a simple means even in case of failure. SOLUTION: In this protective device with protective structure, the protective structure is spread in almost flat shape in a protective position, and installed to be driven between at least two positions by a drive mechanism and further connected to at least one guide element mountable by a conveying means of the drive mechanism using at least one connecting member. At least one connecting member is provided with at least one capture element acting crosswise in the moving direction of the connecting member to capture, mount or release the guide element by restricted mounting force in the movement of the connecting member.
