PURPOSE: A general traffic management information transmitting system is provided to provide a traffic information related to traveling vehicles to general masses by processing a collected signal from a vehicle detector by a field controller. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of vehicle detectors(1) are installed at a plurality of road points and detect a traffic situation. A plurality of field controllers(2) process signals from the vehicle detectors(1). A plurality of internet interface devices(3) are connected to output sections of the plurality of field controllers(2) and transmit data to an internet. A central managing device(4) is located away from a corresponding road and performs a web hosting service. A guide and traffic controller(5) informs a traffic situation or controls a flow of a traffic according to a command of the central managing device(4). A plurality of traffic guide terminals(6) are connected to the internet and receive a desired real time traffic information.
