PURPOSE: A 3-step crushable tunnel boring machine is provided to facilitate discharging work while earthy materials and rocks are crushed in three steps by cutter head, a first space-part and a third space-part. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel boring machine comprises a hollow shaft(10), a ring gear(21), a first crusher(30), a second crusher(40), a second passage(35) and numerous through-holes(36). The hollow shaft is fixed on the central part of a tail body(120) and has a hollow part(11). The ring gear is united with the circumference of the hollow shaft by a bearing and receives driving force by being engaged with a reducer. The first crusher is fixed on the circumference of the ring gear, and formed in trumpet shape forward. The second crusher is fixed at one end of the hollow shaft and the front side formed in cut-off conic shape. The second crusher forms a first passage(32) and first and second space parts(31,33) with the inside of the first crusher. The second passage is formed between the circumferences of the first crusher, and connected to a third space-part(34) and the second space-part. The through holes are formed on the first crusher, and connect the first space-part and the third space-part.
