PURPOSE: A two-stage lever brake device of a spinning reel is provided, which can make a fixed amount of drag be generated when a rotor is rotated backward, can be used easily due to its simple structure, and can prevent the fishing line from being snapped and tangled when the overload is applied to the fishing line. CONSTITUTION: The two-stage lever brake device of a spinning reel comprises: an operating gear(3) connected to a main body(1) to be rotated in every direction by a handle; a rotor axis(5) attached to the main body(1) to be rotated by being geared with the operating gear(3); a cam axis(8) formed a cam dent, attached to the main body(1) to be rotated by being geared with the rotor axis(5); a spool axis doing linear reciprocating motion with passing through the rotor axis(5); pan springs(22,23) attached to the main body(1); and a brake drum(27) decelerating the rotation of the rotor, installed at the rotor axis(5).
