A device for laser irradiation of hardly accessible body areas contains a laser with light-guide fiber and attached to the distal end of the light-guide fiber cylindrical nozzle with light-diffusing insertion located therein. The nozzle is equipped with socket-type elastic transparent membrane put on it, the open end which is hermetically attached to the nozzle surface and the cavity is connected to a source of high pressure.
