METHOD FOR CULTIVATING MUSHROOM AND RECEPTACLE USING SAME

PURPOSE: A method for cultivating mushroom capable of preventing damage of cultured mycelium in the medium by omitting a fungi scratching process in the process for the manufacture of mushroom is provided, thereby preventing damage of mycelium, reducing cultivation period and improving yield. CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of: sterilizing a cultivation bottle; inoculating spawn to a culture medium filled inside a cultivation bottle and cultivating mycelium; and forming fruit body of mushrooms from the mycelium through an outlet of a mushroom cultivation receptacle, wherein an inoculation surface of a medium is different from the production surface of mushroom of a medium in which fruit body is formed.
