PURPOSE: A speaker fixing apparatus for an LCD monitor is provided to simply its composition by installing a speaker at a lower portion of an LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: A speaker fixing apparatus(6) is installed at a lower portion of an LCD panel(4). A pair of guide rails(10) are formed in a rear cover(5) by one body and is opposite each other. A speaker(9) is inserted into the guide rails(10). A speaker fixing cover(7) has a cuboid shape, and an acoustic absorber is installed in an inner portion of the speaker fixing cover(7) for fixing the speaker(9) after the speaker(9) is assembled in the guide rails(10). A plurality of fixing holes(8) are installed in the speaker fixing cover(7). The fixing holes(8) are inserted into a fixing jaw(11) to be projected in the guide rails(10) and a fixing jaw(11) to be projected in the rear cover(5).
