PURPOSE: A system and a method for an advertisement using the internet and a mail service is provided to enhance effects of an advertisement by rendering a visitor, a mail sender and a mail receiver on a web site to recognize an advertisement printed on a label paper directly. CONSTITUTION: If a user is not a member, the user is induced to register(S10). If a user is a member, it is detected whether the user requests a mail envelope and a label(S20). It is detected whether the request for a mail envelope and a label is the first time(S30). If the request is the first time, the number of requested mail envelope and label are stored in a database by classifying as the user's data(S40). If the request is not the first time, a using identifying document and a mail sending receipt of mail envelope and label which are sent previously are received(S31), and checks a result and stored in a database by classifying as the user's data(S40). A control unit sends at least one out of mail envelope and label paper printed a commodity advertisement character, a picture and a coupon thereon to the user(S100). If an advertiser requests an advertisement, an advertisement is printed and outputted at least one out of mail envelope, label paper and web page advertisement. It is detected whether the advertisement is printed on mail envelope and label paper(S50), and the number of mail envelope and label paper and a sentence for advertising are stored in the database(S60), and on-line paying is requested(S70).
