PURPOSE: A waste thread collecting device efficiently collects waste thread to keep the laundry clean in a full automatic washing machine washing by rotating a washing tank normally and reversely. CONSTITUTION: A waste thread collecting device comprises a channel guide member(2) and a waste thread collecting member(6). The channel guide member(2) is installed on a washing tank(1) rotating normally and reversely and has an inlet(3) and an outlet(4) formed to circulate wash water. The waste thread collecting member(6) is detachably installed on the channel guide member(2) and has a net(5) to collect waste thread contained in wash water passing the outlet(4) of the channel guide member(6).
