<p>PURPOSE: The apparatus and method for preventing/analyzing an accident by analyzing an accident related to a human error in a chemical factory is provided to apply for a decision-making by prepare a counter measure with respect to human errors generated when processing information. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(1) is provided for inputting a perceiving of an actual fact, an accident summary and a kind of an accident. An analyzing database unit(2) memories an accident cause, cause measures and accident data, and outputs the corresponding data if a processing unit(3) requests an output. The processing unit(3) analyzes and outputs an accident judgment, a cause element, an error state and a kind of a human error, and stores partial data to the analyzing database unit(2) using all sorts of data inputted from the input unit(1) and the analyzing database unit(2). An output unit(4) presents or outputs an accident cause element analyzing chart, a report form, a presentation of an accident judgment and an accident statistical analysis data.</p> |
