PURPOSE: A method for nicking to meat using a device is provided, which can nick at regular depth by using a plurality of blades which moves at the opposite direction each other at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The method for nicking to the meat using the device comprising: a first blade part(10) having a plurality of blades displayed horizontally at regular interval; and a second part(20) having a plurality of blades displayed in turns between the blades of the first blade part(10) is characterized in that: the nick is easily formed by moving of each blade part(10,20) in the opposite directions within the regular scope(a,b).
