PURPOSE: The method for reporting civil affairs and managing a guarantee using the internet is provided to supply a service which is related to report civil affairs or manage a guarantee by connecting to a service site and inputting desired items. CONSTITUTION: A civil affairs site accepts a civil affair report or a request of managing guarantee from a user through the internet(S210). The civil affairs site performs an identification confirming procedure to receive a confirmation of identification from a user(S220) and requests to issue appended papers to a corresponding organization(S230). Expenses for a civil affair report or a management of a guarantee are paid to a corresponding banking agency by on line(S240). The civil affairs site reports accepted civil affairs to a corresponding organization by on line or transmits accepted items of managing guarantee to a corresponding organization to request a guarantee(S250).
