JIG SYSTEM FOR TESTING WATER PRESSURE FOR HRSG

PURPOSE: A water pressure testing jig system for a HRSG(Heat Recoverty Steam Generator) is provided to reduce time and manpower required for testing the water pressure and improve working efficiency by carrying out the water pressure test for several half sets at once. CONSTITUTION: A water pressure testing jig system for a HRSG includes a lower compression plate(18) formed with a plurality of fastening bolts(18-2) at an upper part, an upper compression plate(19) formed with a screw groove in the center and a plurality of holes corresponding to the fastening bolts of the lower compression plate to be coupled with the lower compression plate, a gasket(20) circularly coupled between the lower and upper compression plates to be expanded or retracted in association with the fastening of the compression plates, fastening nuts(21) to be coupled with the fastening bolts protruded via the holes of the upper compression plate for fastening the gasket, a rod(22) formed with a screw at an upper part to be coupled in the screw hole of the upper compression plate, a height fixing nut(23) coupled with the screw of the rod for controlling the height of the rod when the rod is inserted into the screw groove, a first penetrating tube(24) for penetrating the compression plates to introduce water from the outside, a lug(25) coupled at a lower part of the rod to rotate by half by external manipulation, a connection pin for connecting the lug to the rod rotatably, a push iron(27) contacting a side of the lug via the first penetrating tube for rotating the lug by half, a second penetrating tube for penetrating the compression plates to discharge air, and a sealing lid(29) for sealing the first and second tubes not to discharge the water in case of testing.
