PURPOSE: An internal power breaker is provided to automatically break internal power supply of semiconductor element detecting over-current. CONSTITUTION: A reference power generator(100) converts inputted external power supply into reference power supply so as to output. An internal power generator(200) converts the reference power supply outputting from the reference power generator(100) into internal power supply, and outputs the corrected internal power supply to an internal circuit by detecting whether or not the internal power supply changes. An internal power supply controller(300) outputs an internal power supply breaking signal according to detecting whether or not over-current in the internal circuit generates. The internal power generator(200) is comprised of a differential amplifier, an internal power supply controller, and an internal power supply breaking part.
