PURPOSE: The system for managing the information of an individual credit card and paying a bill with duplicate security, is provided to store payment information in a user computer, and perform a payment managing program in the electronic commerce. CONSTITUTION: When the payment is necessary in the electronic commerce(B1,B2), a server computer searches the user computer in order to determine whether the payment managing program is installed in the computer(B3). A login procedure is performed by the input of an ID and a password if the program is installed therein(B4). One of the credit cards registered is selected(B5). The payment information is encoded and thereby ciphered(B6). The ciphered payment information is sent to the server(B7). The server decodes the ciphered payment information(B8). The server identifies the user referring to an authentication document(B9), and then completes the payment(B10). The server sends the information of the payment confirmed to the user computer(B11).
